By eating the right balance of macronutrients, my body is being restored and my metabolism is the highest it’s been since high school!

Guys… Kori knows what she’s talking about!!! I just had my first baby this fall (big boy weighing over 9 pounds I may add) and, needless to say, he took a toll on my body! The majority of my postpartum results in 12 weeks are purely from a diet change.  I’ve lost 17 pounds while eating more.  I was actually eating what everyone would consider “healthy,” but the balance of carbs vs. fat vs. protein was off.  When I got married, I was at my lowest weight and doing a very low carb/high fat diet, so in my mind, that was the only way to lose weight and stay lean.  But that wasn’t sustainable or healthy long-term.  By eating the right balance of macronutrients, my body is being restored and my metabolism is the highest it’s been since high school! I have never felt like this is a “diet”… it’s simply a way of life for me now to get to my optimal physique! Tracking macros and following Kori’s program has actually been extremely freeing in all areas of my life since I don’t feel restricted to a certain meal plan.  I also did a shortened version of Kori’s at home workout program (~20 minutes per day) just to keep me on track and, now that my body is almost done healing from a c-section, I’m ready to kick-start weightlifting again!

After just the first couple weeks following Kori’s diet and exercise program I saw results I’d spent years trying to figure out how to achieve, even after trying programs from other trainers. Kori truly meets you where you are and tailors the program to meet those needs. With any program, it takes your own effort to get results, but what’s best about Kori and her program is that she makes sure you have what you need to get the job done. This is not one of those cookie cutter diet and exercise programs. Kori wants you to succeed and will do what she can to get you where you want to be.
